A blend of three Pinot Noir base wines: a delicate light rosé, a deeper rosé (resulting from an extended skin contact maceration prior to fermentation) and a red wine fermentation. The result is a pure expression of Pinot Noir: joyfully floral with strawberry, raspberry and light cherry notes throughout. Crisp, clean and fun.

Organic Pinot Noir grapes were pressed by hand and left to ferment spontaneously in steel tanks. No oak ageing was used to ensure a pure, natural expression of Pinot Noir in sparkling form.
