A collaboration with Adam from Saddle Goose Wines. A blend of Bacchus and Seyval-Blanc grapes, macerated to create a still, hazy orange wine.

Still wines and cider
A golden, skin-contact orange wine with depth and balance blending Solaris and Bacchus grapes. Warm, honeyed and textural with peach, apricot and soft stone fruits, layered with gentle oak and spice.
Crisp, clean and with aromas of wild strawberry with cream and yoghurt. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
A soft and light red wine that is all cherry fruit and eminently gluggable, made from Pinot Noir grapes.
A still cider with background notes of cloves and dried spices. The taste of juicy ripe apricot, yellow plums and golden apple skin is underpinned by citrus oil, nutmeg spice, a gentle clasp of tannins and a digestible quinine-like bitterness on the finish.
Soft, rounded with pear drops, stone fruits and banana. Unlike any Chardonnay you have experienced.

Sparkling wines and cider
Juice from heritage English and wild apples was fermented on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape skins and made sparkling using the ancestral sparkling wine technique called Col Fondo..
“An attractive, clear salmon pink colour. A nose that lives between both worlds – the cider brings an earthiness but with sweet, slightly tropical fruit that collides with candied peach, stone fruit and something familiarly 'wine like'.
Dry and delicate in the mouth with a vital, racy acidity and lovely clarity of fruit(s) whilst also being ambiguous and intriguing. Harmonious and joyful to drink. It would be perfect with brunch or in the evening sun. Delicious with a baked goat's cheese salad, chicken caesar, cheese tart, dressed crab, oily fish, mildly spiced middle eastern dishes and more!”

A vibrant pink rosé colour with a nose of summer fruits and sublime oak. Smooth, balanced, youthful and full of vitality.
A blend of three Pinot Noir base wines: a delicate light rosé, a deeper rosé (resulting from an extended skin contact maceration prior to fermentation) and a red wine fermentation. The result is a pure expression of Pinot Noir: joyfully floral with strawberry, raspberry and light cherry notes throughout. Crisp, clean and fun.
