Each session includes a 2.5-hour walking tour of the orchard, chickens, bees, wildflower meadows, vineyard and winery – where we discuss organic land management, regenerative farming, vineyard management and natural winemaking. In winter, we will bring you into the winery to taste wines and ciders from the barrels as they are progressing. We will then have a tasting of our wine and cider from the bottle in either the orchard, vineyard, 280-yr old Tythe Barn or the winery (depending on the weather).
