The finer details
11% ABV.
Produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this rosé was hand picked, direct pressed and fermented with native yeast. The Pinot Noir spent nine months in French oak, while the Chardonnay was matured separately in stainless steel, preserving brightness and precision before the final blend was assembled.
The wine opens with notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant and cream, supported by a subtle savoury complexity and gentle texture from barrel ageing. Bright acidity provides energy and lift, while the finish remains poised, mineral and refined. More reminiscent of a pale, gastronomic rosé than a fruit-forward summer wine, it is equally at home at the table as it is in the sun.
Bottled without sulphites, fining or filtration.
Best served lightly chilled.
Approximately 500 bottles produced.
